My September 11th Essay
Home | The Essay

The essay that you are about to read was written by me, Anthony Bartoli, for my Advanced English 10 class. We were to examine a painting and then write a story about the events that led up to what the painting was of. The painting was of an old man who looked homeless in a busy city. The beginning of the essay had to start off with the phrase, "Sit down, my friend, and I’ll tell you about that day, the day which drastically changed my life." I wrote my paper about how the man survived September 11, 2001. You can read the whole essay on the next page titled "The Essay". Of all the people that read my essay, they all cried. It is a very emotional story. Thanks so much for visiting and I hope you find my story very well written. If there are any spelling mistakes or anything of that kind, please, kindly e-mail me at: sept11essay@yahoo.com.

Some parts of the essay that include my name, my teacher's name, or school will be blocked out of view for security and privacy purposes only. Thank you
